Damaged or Defective Merchandise
When you receive your order, make sure that you open and inspect it
thoroughly for manufacturing and shipping damages. In the unlikely event
that there are manufacturing defects and/or shipping damage, please contact
Customer Service at 1-800-880-0352 immediately and we will do whatever it
takes to make it right.
If the manufacturer asks that the damaged item be returned, our Customer
Service representatives will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA)
and provide the Ship To address. Deliveries without an RGA will not be
received at the warehouse, nor posted as refunds. You will receive complete
return and pick up instructions after you call or email
Customer Service.
Custom Made Products
All National Blind Store window treatments are custom made based on your
measurements and specifications and are not returnable, except as described
above. However, if you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, please
contact Customer Service and, depending on the error, we may be able to
arrange for size reduction alterations, or we may have it remade for you at
a discounted price. Shipping charges in this situation would be the
responsibility of the customer, as would any costs incurred for size
alterations.
We value your satisfaction and
want you to remain our customer for many years to come. If we make a
mistake in your order we will take care of the problem, at no charge to
you.
This may include having the item repaired or remade, depending on the
situation.

Changes and cancellations can
only occur before your order has gone into production. In most cases
production begins within 24 hours of when you place your order with us. Should you need to cancel or modify
an order please call during our regular business hours and we will do
everything we can to assist your needs. However, in the event production has
already begun, we will not be able to adjust or cancel your order.
