Nanik Warranty Information
How do I get
warranty and repair information?
Please call 1-800-221-6352, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00
p.m., E.S.T, or email windowfashions@springs.com To ensure prompt and accurate
service, please have the information from the top rail of your blind or shade
written down before calling. This gives our Customer Service Representatives the
information they need to process your warranty claim.
Lifetime Limited
Warranty
Nanik hereby warrants to the original consumer/purchaser of this product that,
if installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the accompanying
printed instructions, this product will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for the duration of the reasonable life (15 years) of this product
from the date of sale of this product.
Nanik's obligations
under this Warranty shall be limited to, at its option, the repair or
replacement of all or any part of this product, free of charge to the original
consumer/purchaser, which Nanik determines to be defective, either in material
or workmanship, under normal use and service within the period stated above,
when this product is returned at the expense of the original consumer/purchaser
to Nanik within such period.
This Warranty does not
apply if this product has been damaged due to accident, alteration, misuse,
abuse, misapplication, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, improper
or insufficient maintenance, service, handling, storage or installation, fire,
flood, lightning or other acts of God, or use of any parts or service furnished
by anyone other than Nanik or its Independent Authorized Distributors. This
Warranty does not cover cartons, broken or marred carts, or any other
accessories used in connection with this product.
There are no other
warranties except as set forth herein. Any applicable warranties or
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to
the period of coverage of this express written Warranty. Nanik shall not be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited
to, the payment of this product, or any costs or expenses relating to painting,
staining or any other activity necessary in finishing their reinstallation or
damage or loss to other property.
Some states do not allow
limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
No Independent Authorized Distributor, salesperson, dealer, retailer or other
representative of Nanik has the authority to alter or change this Warranty,
either orally or in writing.
To obtain service under
this Warranty, contact the Independent Authorized Distributor from whom this
product was purchased or Springs Window Fashions, 8467 Route 405 Hwy, P.O. Box
500, Montgomery, PA 17752, telephone number 1-888-289-6264, giving the model and
identification numbers of this product, the date of purchase and the nature of
the defect or problem. Nanik will not be responsible for any loss of or
additional damage to this product if it is delivered to an Independent
Authorized Distributor for service under this Warranty. Nanik may require
reasonable proof of the date of purchase of this product. Therefore, you should
retain your sales slip or invoice.
